We have just had our solar panels installed by Sun Arc and couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish.
Andrew, the salesman, was extremely helpful and gave us excellent advice on the system that would best suit our needs. We had shopped around before making our decision, and Sun Arc provided a very competitive quote while still using high-spec components.
The girls in the office were fantastic to deal with when organising installation dates and keeping us updated. They also took care of all the grant applications and the NC6 paperwork, which made the whole process completely stress-free.
On the first day of the installation, three fitters arrived on time and couldn't have been more efficient. They explained everything they were doing throughout the day and were a pleasure to have around. Our panels are ground-mounted, and they took great care to ensure everything was neat, tidy and blended in well with our garden.
The electricians who completed the installation on the second day were equally professional and friendly. Their part of the job turned out to be a little more complicated than expected, but Neil took the time to explain everything to us and made sure the installation was completed to the highest standard. Even though it was almost 7pm by the time they finished, there was never any sense of rushing the job. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and everything has been left incredibly neat and tidy.
Overall, we are delighted with both the installation and the customer service. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sun Arc to anyone considering solar panels.

The office staff were very helpful, responding to queries promptly, even pulling in our installation date by 3 weeks.
The first fitting guys were due at 8am. They were here at 7.45. To an ordinary joe,the installation of the panels is very invasive, with tiles being raised and returned. The team were very patient with my constant questions. Everything was perfect
The electrical team also arrived early, ready to go. They answered all our questions, resolved all queries and worked non stop to completed the full system power & control installation and configuration.
They did a tutorial on app installation and options.
Couldn't ask for more.
We recently had a ground mounted solar system installed by Sun Arc Solar Systems, consisting of 20 panels and a 10kWh Sigenergy battery, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.
Every member of the team we dealt with, from sales and office admin to the installers and electricians, was informative, helpful and genuinely friendly. Communication throughout the process was clear and reassuring, and the installation itself was seamless and very well organised.
