Company background
Morgan Pierce founded Solarsmart in 2020 after working on Irish rooftop solar projects in 2018, where she identified the need for a dedicated solar provider for homes and small to medium-sized businesses. Her commitment to customer service and education drives the company's growth and solar adoption nationwide.
Morgan was selected for the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women EMEIA class of 2024, representing Ireland among 70 women founders from 23 countries. Operating from Dublin and Cork, Solarsmart serves clients throughout Leinster, Munster, and parts of Connacht.

Pricing and warranties
Solarsmart integrates SEAI grants directly into pricing and offers financing through Finance Ireland for both residential and commercial clients. Typical residential payback periods are 4-7 years, with most medium commercial systems installed within two to three days.
All installations include comprehensive warranties: 25-30 years on panels, 10 years on batteries, and two years on workmanship.
